Located on the Historic Loop at 7 Kingshighway - On the trolley route and an easy walk to downtown

Deposit: Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card in the amount of a one-night stay or 50% 
of the total reservation, whichever is greater. Reservations paid by check must be paid in full within 
three days of making the reservation.

Payment: Payment may be made with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal check,
traveler's check or cash.

Cancellation: Any cancellation allowing 14 days notice will receive a deposit refund less a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellation of packages will be charged 50% of the package fee. If cancellation occurs within less than 14 days of your arrival date, you will be billed for any nights that we are unable to re-book. Your credit card will be used to the extent necessary. Absolutely no refunds for early departures. 

Check-In Time: 3 p.m. and after -please call if you will be arriving later than 6 p.m.

Check-Out Time: 11 a.m. in order to prepare rooms for the next guests.

Additional Information: Two-night minimum required on weekends and holidays. All  rooms are nonsmoking with smoking only allowed outside on the porches and decks. Guests who smoke in any indoor area of the Inn including the bathroom, will be charged an extra fee if smoking occurs in any room. Accommodations are not suitable for children younger than 12 and while pets will greet you upon arrival the Inn is not set up to bring your pet. 

The Red Bud Manor Inn is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.  Damages incurred during your stay to furnishings, bedding, linens, towels, carpeting, etc. will be charged to your credit card on file.  Management determines the charges which are non-negotiable and may vary depending on the action necessary to repair/replace the items.
